Terms of Service

Welcome to XDelivery. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our apps and services. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services.

1. Roles and Scope

  • Providers: manage large parcel volumes, create manifests, and assign parcels to regional agencies (sub-offices).
  • Admins: receive parcels from providers, plan routes, assign riders, and manage warehouses.
  • Riders: deliver assigned parcels, scan items, capture proof of delivery, and update parcel status.
  • Users/Recipients: track parcels, select delivery preferences, make payments via links, and provide ratings.

2. Accounts and Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
  • Providers and admins are responsible for ensuring parcel details are correct before dispatch.
  • Riders must update parcel status truthfully and capture valid proof of delivery.
  • Recipients must provide valid addresses and select correct pin locations for deliveries.

3. Parcel Data and Location Pins

Recipients may save home or workplace pin locations in their profile. These are stored securely in our database but are not automatically shared with riders. For each parcel, the recipient must manually select a preset pin (home or workplace) for it to be applied to the delivery.

4. Payments

  • XDelivery supports payment links through integrated payment providers.
  • Payment links may replace cash-on-delivery and are tied to parcel or invoice IDs for reconciliation.
  • Recipients are responsible for completing payments securely and on time.

5. Proof of Delivery

Riders may capture proof of delivery including photos, signatures, and geolocation. These are logged as part of the parcel record for tracking and accountability.

6. Service Limitations

XDelivery is a logistics platform and does not guarantee delivery in all circumstances. We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by weather, strikes, or events beyond our control.
  • Losses due to incorrect addresses or instructions provided by recipients.
  • Payment issues caused by third-party providers.

7. Data Protection

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We apply strict security measures to protect your information.

8. Prohibited Use

  • You may not use our platform to send illegal, restricted, or hazardous goods.
  • You may not provide false or misleading information.
  • You may not attempt to disrupt or hack the service.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or compromise security.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
