• Recipient pin locations: if a recipient saves home or workplace coordinates in their profile, these are stored securely in our database. They are not automatically shared with riders. For each parcel, recipients must manually select their chosen preset location (home or workplace) before it is applied.
• Optional data: payment details, only when linked via secure payment providers.

• To provide parcel delivery, routing, and tracking services.
• To notify users of parcel status in real time.
• To enable providers, admins, and riders to manage and complete deliveries.
• To process payments and generate invoices when payment integrations are enabled.
• To improve app reliability, performance, and user experience through analytics.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent personal data. Information may be shared only with:

• Delivery providers, admins, and riders (for logistics and tracking purposes only).
• Third-party payment processors (only when you initiate or confirm a payment).
• Law enforcement or authorities if legally required to comply with applicable laws.

All data is stored securely in our database. We implement access controls, encryption, and regular audits to protect your information. Saved location pins remain private and are applied only when you explicitly link them to a parcel for delivery.

You can request to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also request an export of your data in compliance with local data protection regulations.
