- Parcel information: recipient name, phone, address, parcel status.
- App usage: delivery events, preferences, feedback, ratings.
- Recipient pin locations: if a recipient saves home or workplace coordinates in their profile, these are stored securely in our database. They are not auto-shared with riders. For each parcel, recipients must manually select their chosen preset location (home/workplace) before it is applied.
- Optional data: payment information if linked via payment providers.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide parcel delivery and tracking services.
- To notify users of parcel status in real time.
- To enable providers, admins, and riders to manage deliveries.
- To process payments and generate invoices when payment providers are connected.
- To improve app performance and user experience through analytics.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with:
- Delivery providers, admins, and riders (for logistics purposes only).
- Third-party payment providers (only when you initiate payment).
- Authorities if legally required.
4. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored securely in our online database. We apply access controls, encryption, and regular audits to protect your information. Location pins saved in your profile remain private until you actively apply them to a parcel.
5. User Rights
You can request to access, update, or delete your personal data by contacting us. You may also request your data export in compliance with data protection laws.
6. Cookies & Analytics
Our apps and website may use cookies and analytics services (such as Firebase Analytics) to improve performance and monitor usage patterns.
